The fee for a guided tour is €15 per group (max. 25 participants).

Animals are not allowed in the museums.

Food and drinks may be consumed in the designated café area in the lower foyer.

The Cultural History Museum and the Natural History Museum are wheelchair accessible and have an accessible WC.

Guided tour of the city’s history or the Museum of Natural History: 25 euros, children’s tours: 15 euros

Annual pass: 25 euros

The following persons are entitled to a reduced admission fee in accordance with the fee schedule: groups of 12 or more people, school students and trainees up to the age of 21, students up to the age of 25, social assistance recipients within the meaning of the German Social Security Code (SGB) II and XII, holders of the Otto City Card, severely disabled persons
