Cities, their central squares and important buildings have been captured in pictures for many centuries. For Magdeburg, such depictions date back to the end of the Middle Ages. The Museum of Cultural History Magdeburg presents a selection of its most beautiful city views from the Graphic Collection in the new special exhibition "Stadt im Blick - Magdeburg. Pictures from six centuries". From 6 December 2024 to 18 May 2025, around 100 objects will be on display, offering different views of today's state capital. In addition to works on paper and paintings, views on porcelain will also be on display.
